Love eating here. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant. The store was clean and the employees were awesome! I stop in a few times a week for breakfast and my food is always fresh and hot.

Walking in with my grandmother the establishment was kept extremely clean and organized. Ordering our food was such a seamless experience without fail or error. The manager (Amber) went above and beyond to make sure our experience was such a wonderful one and one to remember. The cook (Don) went above and beyond as well to make sure we had everything we wanted and it was done the right way. I will say that previous times I’ve been here it’s been EXTREMELY slow but now that they’ve hired these 2, the service was EXCEPTIONAL and if your hesitant on giving them another try due to previous slow waiting times I completely understand but if your up to giving them another chance I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

My best friend and I visited this location Thursday, February 26th about noon. I wish I had gotten the names of the two wonderful ladies working. They were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The lady at the 2nd window, who I believe is a manager or shift lead, "For the queens that you ladies are, would you like a crown"? After the incredibly painful morning we'd had we were down for some silly fun, so we said yes! My bacon cheeseburger and fries were fresh and delicious. Overall great experience and I'll definitely be back. I really hope the ladies working will see this and know they really helped lighten my heart last Thursday. Keep smiling and being the beautiful queens you are!!

I stopped going for a while because service was bad. Like bad bad but my son wanted BK and we were too far away from any other one so I sucked it up and went back to the Cherryville location expecting the worst. So imagine my surprise when I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in the door by not one, not two, but three smiling faces?!?!?! There was a man in front of me and the woman taking orders called him handsome which I thought, maybe she’s just being nice. When it was my turn, she gave me eye contact and said “And how are you today, Beautiful?” I have never been greeted ANYWHERE so informally but welcoming. I said something to her and she said “All men are handsome and all women are beautiful.” I ordered, she asked my son directly what he wanted and listened to him instead of going through me like most adults. Then she put on gloves and MADE IT HERSELF!! I don’t know what has happened to this location but please keep it up! I will definitely be back!

Food was hot and fresh and unlike other places they actually got my kiddos meal right...a certain double arch can't even get a plain hamburger correct. Staff was amazing and polite. Will be coming back

Went by Burger King in C-Town today and had the best experience. Place was clean, my food was hot (even the fries, which is rare for fast food). The staff was so nice, Austin helped me out. 5 star service! Will be back keep at it guys!!

Staff was so sweet in drive thru while getting my lunch today, very polite and sweet! Food tasted great! Good team was having a droopy mood today, thanks for the smiley faces!
